The Cottage is situated only 50 metres from the heart of the Warburton Township and minutes walk to the Warburton to Lilydale Rail Trail and nearby Forests/Mountains. Enjoy a game of golf, tennis, bowls or take in a local football match during the season. Visit the famous Yarra Valley wineries or enjoy a relaxing picnic on the banks of the Yarra River.

Aunty Anne's is located a stones throw from the restaurants, cafes and boutique shops which Warburton has to offer.

Rates:

	$330.00 for 2 adults for 2 nights
	$165.00 for 2 adults for 1 night
	$800.00 for 2 adults 7 nights

Minimum stay is two nights.
Rates are for two adults. Extra adult $30.00 per night; extra child $30.00 per child per night.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is by 11am.
Deposit of $200 is payable on booking, the balance is payable one week prior to arrival. Credit card facilities are available for Visa, Mastercard.
Cancellations: Full refund less 10% cancellation fee prior to two weeks of arrival. Within two weeks of arrival - no refund unless we obtain another booking to cover, then less refund less 10% cancellation fee.
