The main queen sized bedroom offers panoramic views in a spacious setting with 'old world' decor. The second bedroom is a queen size room with garden views, whilst a third bedroom is set up with two single beds. The cottage features a cosy wood heated lounge, and country style kitchen with a genuine old fashioned feel.

The Station House is located walking distance to the centre of Warburton township via the Rail Trail which the house overlooks and is the perfect family accommodation. The main bedroom has a queen bed, bedrooms two and three have two single beds, cot facilities can be provided. The main lounge has T.V/Video, Radio/C.D, wood heater and split system heating and cooling. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, breakfast bar and overlooks the second living area/dining room with 6 seat table. A gas BBQ is provided on the covered rear deck in the fully fenced yard and a full length front verandah is the ideal spot for breakfast and to take in the panoramic mountain views any time of the year.
