The Property Backs onto the State Forest, Ideal for Relaxing Walks & Only 5 Minutes to Warburton.

Rates:

  • $250.00 per night (minimum 2 nights), can accommodate up to 4 guests.
  • Special rates may apply for public holidays

Please Note:

  • Minimum stay is two nights.
  • Rates are for two adults. Extra adult $40.00 per night; extra child $20.00 per child per night.
  • Check in time is 2pm and check out is by 11am.
  • Deposit of $200 is payable on booking, the balance is payable one week prior to arrival. Credit card facilities are available for Visa & Mastercard.
  • Cancellations: Full refund less 10% cancellation fee prior to two weeks of arrival. Within two weeks of arrival - no refund unless we obtain another booking to cover, then less refund less 10% cancellation fee.
