This beautiful Old English Style home is fully self contained with 1queen bed and 2 single beds. Lusatia Park has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with oven and cooktop, a separate dining area and a large living area in which you can snuggle up beside the cosy wood heater. There is a television and your own personal library with a large selection of books provided for your entertainment. The living area opens up onto a sun drenched verandah on which you can enjoy breakfast or maybe a glass of wine at the end of a long lazy day. You are assured peace and quite with the property being set on 60 acres with magnificent surrounding views. Lusatia Park is the perfect place for your next relaxing getaway.

Rates:

	$390.00 per couple for a 2 night stay
	Extra Night $100.00 per couple
	Weekly $1,200.00 per couple
	Extra adults $40.00 each per night
	Children $20.00 each per night

Minimum stay is two nights.
Rates are for two adults. Extra adult $40.00 per night; extra child $20.00 per child per night.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is by 11am.
Deposit of $200 is payable on booking, the balance is payable one week prior to arrival. Credit card facilities are available for Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
Cancellations: Full refund less 10% cancellation fee prior to two weeks of arrival. Within two weeks of arrival - no refund unless we obtain another booking to cover, then less refund less 10% cancellation fee.
