Three bedrooms comprising of 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, washing machine, clothes dryer, TV with DVD / CD player, meals area and fully appointed kitchen with microwave and modern gas upright stove. The covered back verandah is fully set up with an outdoor setting, BBQ, table tennis table and even dart board for some family competition.

Situated opposite the Yarra River, take a stroll along the banks or maybe bring the bikes along to ride the Warburton to Lilydale Rail Trail, stopping in at one of the many cafes to sample the local delights, after which you can enjoy a pre arranged in house massage or maybe a glass of Yarra Valley red on the back verandah whilst feeding the local birdlife.
