The Station House is located walking distance to the centre of Warburton township via the Rail Trail which the house overlooks and is the perfect family accommodation. The main bedroom has a queen bed, bedrooms two and three have two single beds, cot facilities can be provided. The main lounge has T.V/Video, Radio/C.D, wood heater and split system heating and cooling. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, breakfast bar and overlooks the second living area/dining room with 6 seat table. A gas BBQ is provided on the covered rear deck in the fully fenced yard and a full length front verandah is the ideal spot for breakfast and to take in the panoramic mountain views any time of the year.

With direct access to the Warburton Rail Trail a short walk or ride will take you directly into the township. Have a picnic on the Yarra or dine in one of the many eateries.

Minimum stay is two nights.
Rates are for two adults. Extra adult $40.00 per night; extra child $20.00 per child per night.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is by 11am.
Deposit of $200 is payable on booking, the balance is payable one week prior to arrival. Credit card facilities are available for Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
Cancellations: Full refund less 10% cancellation fee prior to two weeks of arrival. Within two weeks of arrival - no refund unless we obtain another booking to cover, then less refund less 10% cancellation fee.
